NixMen prostate capsules — 815 mg of seven herbs, one capsule a day

We make NixMen in Pakistan and send it to your door ourselves. One capsule carries 815 mg of active herbs — every one of them printed on the label with its weight, which is more than any hakeem or pharmacy shelf will tell you.

  • 815 mg per capsule. Local prostate supplements carry one herb at 160–450 mg.
  • Salajeet from Gilgit-Baltistan, purified and tested — not loose bazaar stock.
  • Four herbs from the Unani pharmacopoeia, named as Hakeems name them.
  • You pay the rider. Nothing in advance, nothing online.

You already know the pattern

Most men who call us describe the same week. Nothing dramatic happened. Things simply stopped working the way they used to.

Bar bar peshab aana

Four, five, six trips in a working day. You start planning where the bathroom is before you plan the meeting.

Raat ko baar baar peshab

Twice a night, then three times. You stop sleeping deeply, and by Wednesday everyone at home can tell.

Peshab ruk ruk ke aana

The stream starts, stops, starts again. You stand there longer than you want to and still feel you are not done.

Qatre aana

You finish, you step away, and a minute later your shalwar tells you that you had not finished. For a man who prays five times, this one hurts the most.

Most men we speak to have been living with this for a year or two before they say it to anybody. By then the habit of holding it in has become its own problem. If two or three of these are yours, the seven-question check a urologist uses takes a minute and gives you a number to work from.

What NixMen actually is

NixMen is a food supplement in a white jar with a flip-top lid — 30 capsules, one month. It is not a tablet from the chemist and we will not pretend otherwise. If you are still unclear what the prostate gland actually does, start there and come back. What it is, is a formula built around the part of the problem that herbs can genuinely reach: the tone of the smooth muscle at the bladder neck, the stress hormones that keep that muscle tight, and the oxidative load that builds up in a gland that has been working for fifty years.

We are going to be specific about what that means, because vagueness is how the rest of this market operates. Ajmal sells Ghadudi for enlarged prostate and does not print a single ingredient. Hamdard sells Gulmundene for frequent urination and does not print a single ingredient. Prolan sells at Rs 6,000 on one website and Rs 9,500 on another, calls itself German, and is made from rapeseed pollen in Changchun, China.

Our full formula is below, with milligrams, Latin names and the Urdu names your father would recognise.

Three things the formula works on

Not one of the seven herbs blocks 5-alpha reductase in a human being, and any company telling you otherwise is selling you a sentence, not a result. Here is what the formula does reach.

1

The nitric oxide pathway

The bladder neck and the prostatic urethra are wrapped in nerves that release nitric oxide, and nitric oxide is what lets that muscle let go. Three of our herbs feed this one pathway from three directions: L-arginine is the raw material the body builds nitric oxide from, ginsenosides from Panax ginseng switch on the enzyme that builds it, and protodioscin from Gokhru makes the vessel wall respond to it more strongly. A trial on exactly these three together ran on 98 men for three months.

2

Cortisol and the stress axis

A man sleeping in ninety-minute pieces because of night trips runs high cortisol, and high cortisol keeps smooth muscle tense — so the symptom feeds itself. Asgand Nagori is the best-documented herb in the world for this loop: 64 people, 60 days, cortisol down 27.9 per cent against 7.9 per cent on placebo. Salajeet works the same axis and protects the mitochondria that the broken sleep has been draining.

3

Oxidative load

Fifty years of work leaves the gland and the surrounding tissue carrying more oxidative damage than it can clear. Salajeet dropped malondialdehyde — the standard marker for that damage — by 18.7 per cent in seminal fluid over 90 days. Zafran and vitamin E cover the same ground from the antioxidant side, and our vitamin E dose sits at the daily requirement, not at the 400 IU that got into trouble in the SELECT trial.

The full formula, per capsule

Four of the seven have been in the Unani pharmacopoeia of this region for centuries and carry proper names there. Three are modern additions, and we say so rather than inventing a hakeem’s name for an amino acid.

  • Tribulus Terrestris extract Khar-e-Khasak Khurd · Gokhru 350 mg
  • Withania Somnifera Asgand Nagori 300 mg
  • Asphaltum Punjabianum Salajeet 50 mg
  • L-Arginine 50 mg
  • Panax Ginseng extract Jinseng 50 mg
  • Vitamin E 30 IU
  • Crocus Sativus Zafran 15 mg

Total active material: 815 mg per capsule, plus 30 IU vitamin E. One capsule daily, after breakfast, with a glass of water.

Why our Salajeet costs what it costs

Salajeet comes out of the rocks in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral. It is ours — Pakistani, not imported, and the men who buy it in Rawalpindi know what it is without being told.

It is also the single riskiest thing in this category. Scientists at PCSIR Lahore tested Salajeet samples in 2024 and found roughly 65 metals in them, lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury among them. In some samples the levels were inside WHO limits. In others they were not. Their conclusion, in plain words: taking Salajeet without knowing its metal content is not safe.

The Salajeet in NixMen is purified and batch-tested before it goes into a capsule. That is the same grade used in the clinical work on Salajeet, and it is not the same thing as the sticky black lump sold by weight in a bazaar for a few hundred rupees. If you have been wondering why one Salajeet costs Rs 300 and another costs more, this is the answer.

What changes, and when

These windows come from measurement, not from a marketing calendar. They are here so nobody stops on day ten expecting something that was never due until week six.

  1. Days 1–14 01

    Smooth muscle tone

The nitric oxide pathway works in minutes, not months. If anything shifts early, it shifts here — the first part of the stream, and how hard you have to push to start it.

  2. Weeks 4–6 02

    The urinary score

This is the earliest point at which any ingredient in our formula has moved urinary symptoms in a controlled trial. Ginseng did it at week six on the IPSS scale, and held it at week twelve.

  3. Weeks 8–12 03

    Hormones and energy

Testosterone, DHEA-S and cortisol move on an eight-to-twelve week clock. Ashwagandha trials read out at 60 days, tribulus at 12 weeks. Sleep usually comes back before the bloodwork does.

  4. Day 90 04

    Sperm and oxidative markers

A sperm cell takes 64 days give or take eight to be made — this was measured directly with labelled water. Nobody can honestly promise anything on this front in under three months. What men actually report follows the same curve.

Rs 10,900, and why we are not the cheapest

There are prostate supplements in Pakistan at Rs 850. We know, because we priced them before we priced ourselves.

Option What it costs What you get
Ajmal Ghadudi, 50 g Rs 150 Ingredients not disclosed. Currently sold out.
Hamdard Gulmundene, 120 g Rs 216 Ingredients not disclosed. Ten-day course, so about Rs 650 a month.
Local saw palmetto, 30 caps Rs 850 – 1,650 One herb, 160–450 mg.
Tamsulosin (Tamsolin, Maxflow) Rs 1,100 – 1,700 / month Prescription. Works on tone only, and you stay on it.
Duodart Rs 6,609 / month Prescription. Known sexual side effects.
Prolan Rs 6,000 – 10,900 Rapeseed pollen, made in China, sold as German. No ingredient list anywhere.
NixMen, 30 capsules Rs 10,900 Seven actives, 815 mg, every milligram printed.

Rs 10,900 works out to Rs 363 a day. A cup of chai and a samosa at a decent place in Clifton costs more than that, and neither of them has been tested for heavy metals.

What you are paying for is specific: seven actives instead of one, purified and tested Salajeet instead of bazaar stock, and a company with a registration number you can look up rather than a website with two different prices on it. We are the only product in the Rs 6,000-plus range in this country that prints its full formula, and we think that is worth the difference.

Questions we get on the phone

Is NixMen available at Dvago or D.Watson?

No, and it will not be. We sell direct from our Karachi office, which is how we keep the price at Rs 10,900 instead of the Rs 14,000-odd it would have to be once a distributor and a retail chain have each taken their cut. It also means every jar that reaches you came from our stock, not from a shelf where we cannot see it.

Do I have to pay before delivery?

No. You pay the rider in cash when he hands you the parcel. We do not take card numbers, we do not take bank transfers, and our website has no payment page for the simple reason that we never wanted one.

Will the courier know what is inside?

The outer packing carries your name, your address and our return address. Nothing on it says prostate, and nothing on it says NixMen.

How long does one jar last?

Thirty days. One capsule daily after breakfast with a full glass of water. Men who have been at this a while usually order a second jar before the first one runs out, because the eight-to-twelve week window is where the hormonal side of it shows up.

I am already on Tamsulosin. Can I take both?

Ask the doctor who prescribed it — that is not a dodge, it is that he knows your blood pressure and we do not. One thing worth telling him: tamsulosin and the tadalafil-type tablets together can drop blood pressure sharply, and pharmacies in Pakistan sell both from the same category page without a word of warning.

Does it shrink the prostate?

No. We are not going to tell you it does. Even finasteride, a proper 5-alpha reductase inhibitor, failed to beat placebo on symptom score over 52 weeks in the PREDICT trial. What our formula works on is tone, stress load and oxidative damage — the parts of the picture that respond to herbs.

Is it halal?

Yes. Plant material, one amino acid and vitamin E in a capsule shell. Nothing of animal origin goes into it.

Can I take it during Ramadan?

Yes — take it after Iftar instead of after breakfast, with water. Keep to the same hour every day, whichever hour you pick.
