The pattern across all of them
Read the twelve in order of week number and the same shape appears. Nobody reports anything in the first two weeks worth writing home about. Around weeks four to six the night trips start being mentioned. By weeks eight to twelve men are talking about sleep rather than urine, which is usually the point at which they order again.

How long before I notice anything?
Going by these twelve and by the research: weeks four to six for the night trips, weeks eight to twelve for anything else. If you are expecting the first week, do not buy it.
Does it work for everyone?
