Terms of sale

Nixmen Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., a company registered in Pakistan under SECP number 0147382, NTN 4728361-9, STRN 31-04-7283-619-18, at Harbour Front Building, HC-3, Marine Drive, Block-4, 9th Floor, Office 903, Clifton, Karachi, Sindh 75600.

We manufacture and sell NixMen directly. We have no distributors, no resellers and no retail stockists anywhere in Pakistan. Any NixMen offered through a pharmacy, a medical store or a marketplace did not come from us.

Leaving your name and number on this website is a request for a call, not a purchase. No contract exists and nothing is dispatched until you confirm the order verbally with our agent.

Our agent calls between 9:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday. If we cannot reach you after three attempts over two working days, the request is closed and your details are deleted after ninety days.

You may cancel on that call, or at any point before the rider arrives, by calling +92 21 3527 4816. There is no charge for cancelling.

Rs 10,900 for one jar of 30 capsules, including delivery anywhere we ship. The price is confirmed by the agent on the call and does not change afterwards.

Payment is cash to the rider on delivery. We do not accept advance payment in any form — no cards, no bank transfers, no mobile wallets. Anyone asking you to transfer money in advance for NixMen is not us.

Dispatch is the same or next working day from Karachi. Two working days within Karachi, two to three to Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Multan, three to five to most other cities, and up to seven to remote districts.

We do not deliver to Balochistan province. Our courier cannot reliably support cash on delivery there, so we do not accept orders we would fail to fulfil.

The parcel is packed plainly. The outer packing shows your name, your address and our return address, and nothing about the product. Inspect the box and the seal before you pay. If the seal is broken, refuse the parcel and call us — we will send a replacement at our cost.

An unopened jar may be returned within seven days of delivery for a full refund. Call us first, keep the packing, and we will arrange collection at our cost.

An opened jar cannot be returned. This is a consumable taken by mouth and we cannot resell it or verify what happened to it, which is the same rule every supplement seller in Pakistan works to.

If the product arrives damaged, past its expiry date, or is not what you ordered, call us within forty-eight hours and we will replace it. That is on us, not on you.

NixMen is a food supplement for adult men. It is not a medicine, it is not a treatment for any disease, and it is not a substitute for anything a doctor has prescribed you.

We make no claim that it reduces the size of the prostate, alters PSA, or treats prostatitis or prostate cancer. Where we cite research on this website we say which ingredient it concerns, at what dose, and how that dose compares with ours — including where ours is lower.

It is not intended for anyone under eighteen or for women. If you take warfarin or another anticoagulant, medication for diabetes, or thyroid medication, or you have surgery booked, speak to your doctor before starting.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi. Last revised 20 September 2026.
